1. APPLICATION OF TERMS

Use by any person ("you", "your", et.c.) of our services implies that persons acceptance of these terms and conditions, irrespective of your status ("user", "member", "client", etc).

2. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

To access our services, you must maintain an active account. Activation involves signing in, managing your account, and ensuring your account balance is sufficient for future use. Users must be at least 18 years old, signifying your ability to be accountable for your actions. You are obliged to secure your password and account information and refrain from disclosing it to others. Responsibility for your computer system's security lies solely with you. PansarPost cannot be held accountable for losses incurred due to unauthorized access or usage of your account, regardless of your awareness of the access. PansarPost cannot be held accountable for losses incurred due to lost password or account information. Account reset is possible via backup email, but this would not recover any data associated with the account.

Please note: Lost passwords or account information are irrevocable, resulting in permanent data loss!

PansarPost cannot be held responsible or liable for the deletion, corruption, or storage failure of any messages or content related to PansarPost services.

3. LIMITATIONS ON USE

Unauthorized copying, distribution, display, reproduction, publication, licensing, creation of derivative works, or sales of information, software, products, or services derived from PansarPost sites/services is prohibited without PansarPost's express written consent.

4. CONDUCT OF USAGE

When utilizing our services, you MUST NOT (knowingly nor by any negligent act or omission):

• Use your account for unlawful activities;
• Send misleading emails where the sender email falsely claims an account or domain;
• Use our services for ranking improvement in any way;
• Send spam, unsolicited, or phishing emails through our services;
• Use our services for bulk emails, promotional communications, or newsletters - please use alternative services;
• Use email accounts or domains that may be utilized for phishing;
• Misuse or abuse our services in any way.

If you integrate your domains, you must legally own the domains, and the DNS records must follow the setup process instructions.

The addresses abuse@<yourdomain> and postmaster@<yourdomain> is reserved for PansarPost in order to prevent abuse.

Violations or abuses of our terms and services may lead to immediate account cancellation without prior notice or refund. Our services do not include a free trial, and you need to ensure a positive account balance for usage.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We commit to making all reasonable commercial efforts to ensure our services are continuously available. We, however, reserve the right to suspend or limit access for maintenance or technical reasons without prior notification, aiming to minimize user inconvenience.

6. PAYMENT

We accept payments via our payment provider Stripe. If you want to pay in any other way, you need to reach out to our support.

7. DELIVERY

The top-up amount should reflect in your account as soon as our payment provider confirms the transaction.

8. BONUS SALDO AND PROMOTIONAL CREDIT

"Bonus saldo" means referral credit, promotional credit, or similar account credit that you did not purchase. Bonus saldo may only be used to pay eligible charges for PansarPost services. It is not money and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We do not pay cash or other value for unused bonus saldo, including when an account is suspended, closed, or terminated.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, PansarPost may withhold, correct, reverse, expire, or remove bonus saldo without prior notice where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the referral program or our services. This includes suspected fraud or abuse, breach of these terms, a refund, chargeback, or cancellation of the payment on which the bonus was based, an accounting or technical error, account closure, or a change to or termination of the referral program.

PansarPost may change, suspend, or end the referral program and the award of future bonus saldo at any time. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

9. REFUNDS

We reserve the right to deny refund requests without providing a reason. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to provide our services for any reason. For refund requests, please contact our support team. We will do our best make sure you are happy with our service.

10. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

PansarPost reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, and notices, including fees associated with PansarPost services. Regular review of these terms, conditions, and any additional terms posted on our websites is your responsibility. Your usage of PansarPost services indicates your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
